Individually milled foam inserts are already widespread in the industry, but they take a lot of time and are rewarded accordingly. Our goal is to offer you a do-it-yourself solution. We have developed our TYGR foam for this purpose. This is made of odorless polyethylene and is made up of several layers that are specially glued together. This makes it easy to cut out layers at the appropriate depth in order to adapt the foam perfectly to the geometry of your objects.

During development, the main focus was on ease of use. However, we are also proud that TYGR Foam is 100% recyclable and HCFC-free. Furthermore, our foam is resistant, durable, water-repellent and washable.
